Thank you for visiting and shopping at krownedbyKja.com.​ The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days but this will be communicated. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note however that we use third party delivery companies and as such their rates are subject to change at their discretion and we cannot be held responsible for products once they have left our hands.

  

Shipment method- Knutsford Express

Their courier rates are determined by Scale Weight or the Dimensional Weight of the package.

Scale Weight is $1500JMD for the first 10lbs (1-10lbs) and $45JMD for each lb over 10lbs. Total costs include GCT.

• Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Mandeville, Portmore, Spanish Town, and May Pen -> Kingston.
• Kingston -> Kingston
• Montego Bay -> Montego Bay

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. 

Damages

KrownedbyKja.com​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside of Jamaica.
